Egg Pizza with My Pizza Crust

Who doesn't love pizza?



Hey everyone, Assalamu'alaikum, how you all doing? wondering what to cook for the weekend? I guess pizza would be great😋 especially with homemade pizza crust, yeaaa making pizza at home in another words we can topping it with whatever we like, whatever we have. I often doing it in weird combination but still delicious.

This savory dish of Italian origin which originally only consisting no more than three things as topping but nowadays as pizza travels around the world you can find plenty of choice on what you wanna put on it, just like me. Even Italian will be shocked if they found out how do we make our pizza.

In this recipe I'm going to share with you all my favorite topping, before we jump in to the recipe I just want to share a tip about how to store the pizza dough. yupppp it will be more handy if you have some pizza dough in your freezer but guess what? we can do the same with homemade pizza dough. Make a big batch of dough, divide them to your preferable size and store them in your freezer.


Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:
1. 2 1/2 cups plain flour
2. 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
3. 1 1/2 tsp sugar
4. 3/4 tsp sugar
5. 1 tsp garlic powder
6. 2 tbsp olive oil
7. 3/4 cup warm water


Topping (optionally you can use any topping that you prefer)
1. pizza sauce
2. 1 egg
3. 3 tbsp corn
4. pineapple
5. cheese (cheddar +mozzarella)
    ( for pizza with diameter 20 cm)

Method:

- Put all ingredient in a bowl, mix and knead it well. cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.

- Take a portion of dough, roll on floured surface and flatten it with roller.

- Put the crust on the pizza tray or any steel tray that you have
- spread lightly pizza sauce, pineapple, corn, egg and cheese
- Bake at 220० until the surface has turned golden brown. 
Serve it hot!!!
