Hi all! Assalamu'alaikum, Its been a while since my last post here, I hope you all doing well. I wanna share this simple yet delicious recipe which you can use as appetiser when you have people come over for dinner. Key for this recipe is guacamole, yes a dish made of avocado. As an Indonesian I was left flabbergasted when I first heard about guacamole. If you have been to Indonesia you will find that is very common that avocado being consumed as a drink, a well- blended avocado sweeten by brown sugar, honey or condense milk (you might call it smoothy as it's quite thick). The opposite from guacamole which is salty. It took me sometimes to enjoy the deliciousness of guacamole.

This appetiser is a very mouth-watering combination of guacamole topped with grilled or pan-fried prawn seasoned with cajun seasoning. If you don't have it, don't worry as I will also share with you all how to make cajun seasoning at home.

NOTES:

Cajun Seasoning, you can make cajun seasoning by combining 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika (smoked or sweet, both are fine), thyme and cayenne pepper (feel free to substitute with chili powder if you don't have it)

Guacamole, for this recipe, a very simple guacamole is would be a good choice as we're going to top it with seasoned prawn. Mash 2 ripe avocados, add juice of 1 large lime or lemon, 1/2 tsp sweet paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

Wonton bowl, I'd say its better to have wonton bowls handy by bake them before hand to avoid rushing-time when guests arrived.

And here is the recipe!
