The Easiest Pan-Fry Chicken

This delicious, succulent and spicy pan-fry chicken is the best companion for your salad.

Assalamu'alaikum, hoping you all doing well😊. I cooked this chicken awhile ago with smoked paprika powder as I run out the regular one, didn't expect it will turned out better than using the regular paprika powder. 

This simple recipe yet delicious is suitable to pair with your salad or even with just steamed vegetables. It'd be best if you have extra time to marinate the chicken at least for half an hour but no worries if you're in a rush. 

Making sure that the chicken is not being overcooked is very important, unlike beef steak which some prefer to have it rare, chicken in the other hand have to be cooked through but not overcooked otherwise it will gets dry and tasteless. The key is knowing how to control the heat, I usually heat the pan to the hottest point, once I put the chicken in I will turn the heat down to medium to make sure it doesn't get burn in the outside, I do put the lid on sometime just to be sure it cooked through then I will turn up the heat to browned the outside. 


Here is the recipe!

Ingredients:
1. 2 chicken breasts
2. 1/2 salt
3. 1 tsp smoked paprika powder 
4. 1 tsp garlic powder (use 1/2 tsp should be good if you don't like it too garlicky)
5. olive oil for frying

Method:
1. marinate chicken for half an hour 
2. Heat oil in a wok, put the chicken in and cover it for about 3 minute on each side
3. turn up the the heat cook each side uncovered till browned 
4. slice them and serve with your favorite salad.
