Assalamu'alaikum!
This is not Indonesian 'bakso' ya guys! this is more western food but of course everyone could have it, especially cheese lovers. Previously we used to use a very fine parmersan cheese after fried them we pour passata sauce and sprinkle some cheddar cheese and bake to browned the surface.
But as we know during this pandemic we often have to replace some certain ingredient as it's not available in store, that was what happened when we looked for finely grated Parmesan cheese, instead we found this slightly thicker parmersan. Did not have choice so we decided to just give it a try. Believe me!!!!
It turned out so delish and crunchy till we have it just like that without passata and additional cheese.
So let's jump into the recipe
Ingredients:
1. 500 grams minced beef
2. 1 egg
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped flat parsley
4. 1 cup bread crumbs
5. salt to taste
6. 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
7. 1/2 cup water
8. oil for frying
Methode:
1. Mixed well all ingredients except the oil in a bowl till it formed a dough
2. Take a tablespoon of the dough and roll it, do the same to the rest of the dough
3. Heat oil in a wok, once it reaches its hottest point, lower the heat and fry the meat-balls on medium heat till they turned golden brown.
