Let me share something sweet to begin with!!!
This is my very first recipe to share with you all here, its always exited me to spend sometimes surfing the internet to find some new recipes. Often times i found myself with one or two ingredients missing from my kitchen and run down to the shop its kind of pretty hard so creating new recipe would be the best way.
Run out of time and having young children or baby to be taking care of? simplify yet having delicious food on your table could be very tricky and i have experienced that and still on that track till now😊. That's how i come with some modified recipe according to the ingredients i found in kitchen and time i have. So here it is " Banana Bread" recipe for you!! No mixer needed and mess-free!!

Method :
- Heat oven at 170 ͒ and layer a tin loaf with baking paper

- Use a large bowl mash the bananas and add sugar, vanilla essence, eggs and butter/margarine and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients in to batter and stir well till there's no lumps
- pour in to tin loaf and bake for about 45 minute, often i let it for 1 hour to get that golden and crunchy crust.
Note: For chocolate lover you might as well add some chocolate chip and for your convenient packing kids lunchbox feel free to bake it as cup cakes instead.
